The recipe has been tweaked and perfected over the last few years to give you a rich and decadent lamb curry. It's full of delicious chunks of tender lamb, Indian spices, cashew nuts and spinach finished with coconut cream and fresh coriander. Serve your curry with rice, mashed potato or paleo rice for a complete meal.
