SHOP COLLECT - HOW IT WORKS
A brand-new Menu is loaded to the site every Wednesday for the following week, for you to select from.

To place an order, contact our team in the best way that suits you.
Alternatively, email your order to napier@mylkfoodstore.com or hastings@mylkfoodstore.com. You can also place your order via Facebook Messenger.
ORDER ONLINE FOR STORE COLLECTION
You can place your order on our website for pickup in-store. After adding items to your cart, select 'Pick Up' and your preferred store location at checkout. Login to redeem loyalty points and speed up the checkout process. When you collect, its super easy and fast - you're prepaid so there's no waiting in queues!
You will be notified via email when your order is complete. Meals are made fresh daily, so your meal may be arriving in store later in the week - Friday at the latest. It is best to check our weekly menu before placing an order, to know when your order is likely to be completed. Alternatively, contact our friendly stores for assistance!
ORDER IN-STORE
You are always very welcome to call in to either Napier or Hastings MYLK stores to place your order in person. Pay when you order or when you collect - it's your choice. Uncollected orders will be frozen down and our staff will call to remind you.
WHEN IS DINNER READY?
You can collect your meals daily (from Monday after 3pm) or collect your meals on another weekday that suits. Please refer to the Take Home Menu as meals are delivered to each store on the day specified on the menu. Talk to our team to find what works best. We are happy to freeze down your meals on request. Our meals are made fresh daily in our Napier kitchen.
ONLINE ORDERING FOR HOME DELIVERY
Next Week's Menu is loaded to our website every Wednesday. The delivery date is detailed at the top of the Shop Meal Delivery page. The order cut-off date and time is also detailed here.
Often, menu items sell out quickly and will be removed from the online selection.
We deliver NATIONWIDE to Urban Addresses every Tuesday.

What meals will work with my allergies?
ALLERGEN INFORMATION
In our commercial Kitchen we use the following Allergens: Gluten, wheat, dairy, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame, lupin and nut. While all care is taken we cannot 100% guarantee that cross contamination may not occur. GF and DF symbols are intended for a guide only as to which of our meals have no added Gluten or Dairy.
What are your Serving Sizes?
At MYLK we appreciate that each appetite is different, our serving size is a suggestion only and will depend entirely on Individual appetites.
Single = One person
Medium = 1-2 people
Large = 3+ people
